2. Services and Bookings

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to book a tattoo or piercing. Valid government-issued ID is required. Minors may be considered for specific piercings only with legal parental consent and presence.

  • Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. This deposit will be deducted from the final price of your session.

  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of your deposit.

3. Health and Safety

  • It is your responsibility to inform your artist of any medical conditions, allergies, or medications (especially blood thinners) before your procedure.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

  • Aftercare is vital. Jaded Ink provides detailed aftercare instructions, and we are not responsible for infections or fading caused by improper aftercare.

4. Intellectual Property and Art

  • All custom designs created by our artists remain the intellectual property of Jaded Ink.

  • By getting tattooed at our studio, you consent to us taking and using photographs of the work for our portfolio and social media marketing.

5. Custom Jewellery and Merchandise

  • Due to hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on body jewellery once it has left the studio.

  • All physical merchandise sold through the website is subject to availability.

6. Limitation of Liability

Jaded Ink maintains the highest standards of hygiene and professionalism. However, by engaging in our services, you acknowledge that tattooing and piercing are invasive procedures and carry inherent risks. Jaded Ink and its artists are not liable for any unforeseen reactions or complications.

7. Website Usage
