Our Journey in snapshots...exciting times - Most recent first. Happy reading… March 2010- Jaded Ink starts securing the necessary entertainment and models for the second "One year anniversary" Body Art Show to be held at the Barnyard Theatre in Broadacres, Fourways. Live tattoo models, airbrush tattoo models, live tattoo exhibition on the Suicide Girls and performances from Urban Reign featuring Proverb and C'Ga, One Day Remains and Prime Circle are sure to add to the excitement and feature rich event. Limited ticket sales available from the boutique tattoo parlor.
February 2010- Jaded Ink concludes a sponsorship deal with the countries biggest campus radio station TuksFM officially sponsoring the Metal Melusia show hosted by Mike Bower. The TuksFM crew are ready to rock and be chopped as proud ambassadors to the Jaded Ink brand. Watch this space as exciting exclusive campaigns are brought to you in conjunction with TuksFM campus radio.
- Jaded Ink second apprentice the Love-Leigh gets ready to write her exam and with baited breath passes with an 84% on her written and practical exam and joins the Jaded Ink family as a Junior Tattoo Artist. Welcome Leigh by coming in and making a booking in her newly earned booking register.
January 2010- Jaded Ink hits the SIXX 2010 International Tattoo Convention held in Cape Town this year. What a story and experience this was - stolen phones - burning down hotel - missing flight - coffee enraged flight turbulence. When you in the shop ask us about it and come see all our new pieces we had done on ourselves like Leigh for example... has 3 new pieces...Photos in The JIG for members to see.
December 2009- Jaded Ink brought in by Von Zippa to help increase exposure at the opening of C-Marine concept store in Fourways. Fun, sun, wakeboarding and plenty VZ airbrush tattoos pushed out during the whole event.
November 2009- Jaded Ink goes neon and puts up a crisp neat "Tattoo" neon sign.
October 2009- Jaded Ink grabs 2 stands at the Johannesburg leg of the infamous SEXPO show held at Gallagher in Midrand. The show was insane with plenty happy customers and hundreds of business cards handed out.
September 2009- Jaded Ink seeks a new apprentice for its shop located in Fourways South Africa. Leigh comes on board and joins the Jaded Ink family as a new apprentice in training.
- Jaded Ink's first apprentice successfully passes her 6 month apprenticeship program needing 80% to pass with an extra 7% to spare. Well done Kylie and welcome to the family as a junior tattoo artist. Kylie gets her own booth and starts work on customers.
August 2009- Jaded Ink commissioned by Endemol to assist with a reality TV show production called Big Brother Africa - The Revolution. Work needed to replicate the twin brothers tattoos from Namibia.

- Brandon Auret recommends the services of Jaded Ink through The Film Factory. Jaded Ink is commissioned to create life like tattoos for the cast in a local new South African movie production called "Night Drive".

- Jaded Ink extends its service offering to offer ‘Airbrush tattoos’. For those with half the courage and twice the intelligence come on in and get yourself an airbrush tattoo. See you soon!
May 2009 - 250 satisfied customers have walked out the doors of Jaded Ink from all around South Africa and abroad since it opened its doors. When will you become one of them?
- Jaded Ink involved in the scripting, filming and location for the new One Day Remains music video “What have I become”. Sent out to DStv, MNet and SABC…See Jade do his best acting performance with Brandon Auret (Old school “Dup” from Isidingo and ambassador for the “Unsigned” concerts hosted by Julio Garcia at Cool Runnings in Fourways) as one of the characters in the music video.
